By accessing or using the Alima World website (alimaworld.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Alima World ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

"Platform" refers to the Alima World website, mobile applications, and all associated services. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform. "Buyer" refers to a User who purchases products through the Platform. "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, reviews, and other materials displayed on the Platform. "Products" refers to goods offered for sale on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access. • Notify us immediately at support@alimaworld.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information, or that violate these Terms.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all Products listed on the Platform. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors and appearances may vary depending on your monitor settings.

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include applicable sales tax where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

An order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we dispatch the Products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability • Errors in pricing or Product information • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity • Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

We accept payment via the following methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — processed securely through Stripe, Inc. • PayPal — processed through PayPal, Inc. • Zelle — bank transfer, payable after placing your order

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. All payment information is encrypted and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We ship to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect all Products upon receipt and to report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. • Products must be in the same condition as received. • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products that have been opened) may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alimaworld.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design — is the property of Alima World or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content to the Platform, provided that such content:

• Is truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience. • Does not contain defamatory, obscene, abusive, or unlawful material. • Does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. • Does not contain spam, advertising, or solicitation.

By submitting content, you grant Alima World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be objectionable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems. • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform. • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers. • Impersonate any person or entity. • Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation. • Resell Products purchased on the Platform without our written authorization. • Circumvent any security features or access controls.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. • IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIMA WORLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS. • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alima World and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any rights of a third party. • Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@alimaworld.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alima World regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
